This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
About The Role
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation & People Analytics team at Weee! This role will report to the Director of Global Compensation and contribute to implementing and managing people programs, policies, and procedures related to compensation, performance management and people analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, organization, analysis, and interpretation to support people programs such as performance review, goal setting, compensation review (cash and equity), people analytics, and ad hoc projects.
- Perform data reviews, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy and to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and compensation analyses in line with Weee!'s compensation philosophy.
- Assist in the design and management of Weee!'s global job architecture, salary planning process, equity compensation program, and incentive plans.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation recommendations within Weee!'s framework.
- Participate in compensation survey submissions, conduct market research and contribute to insights on market trends and best practices.
- Manage sensitive data with integrity and discretion.
