Job Description:
As a skilled and experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading our dream team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address the dynamic needs of the data center industry.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for construction and a strong background in data center projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of hyperscale data center retrofitting and renovation projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Oversee and direct project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Mentor and lead the local project team, fostering a collaborative environment that reflects Weeks Construction Services' culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role managing hyperscale data center retrofitting or renovation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data center projects valued at $10M .
