What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Rights Attorney position at Wegman Partners?
Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's litigation law firm specializing in sex abuse litigation (civil rights, child victims act, prisoner's rights) seeks associate attorneys to join their practice.
Will consider entry level attorneys with internships / clerkships representing plaintiffs. But prefer those with 1 to 4 years of plaintiff's civil litigation experience (PI, Mass Tort, or Sex Abuse Lit)
For Litigation team, will consider candidates with 2 to 10 years of plaintiff's civil litigation experience. Strong case management, depo, 1st or 2nd trial experience and motion practice experience requested.
