A high-performing team at Weichert, Realtors – Hoboken is seeking a driven and licensed Junior Leasing Agent to support our fast-paced rental business throughout Hudson County. What You’ll Do:

• Support a high-volume pipeline of rental listings and qualified leads
• Show rental properties and serve as a point of contact for landlords and prospective tenants
• Assist with daily leasing operations, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups
• Help convert leads into signed leases through strong communication and follow-through
• Stay up to date on local inventory, pricing trends, and market activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Active New Jersey Real Estate License (required)
• Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn in a mentorship-based environment
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• Full-time availability with flexibility for showings, meetings, and weekend work
