Job Title: ECD Vend/Coffee Coordinator

Department: ECD

Reports To: Director of Eastern Cascade Distributing

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 a year

SUMMARY

ECD Vend/Coffee Coordinator is responsible for pricing, product ordering and inventory, planogram merchandising and reporting analysis for Eastern Cascade Distributing – a coffee, water and vending company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Run and analyze daily, monthly and period end reports for sales & inventory analysis, including cash accountability reports
• Balance cashless transaction reporting on weekly basis
• Monitor warehouse & machine inventory and par levels, assist with writing orders & entering receipts
• Perform inventory counts on a regular basis
• Review inventory accountability in micro-markets, vending machines, and route trucks, assist with troubleshooting discrepancies
• Troubleshoot inconsistencies in reporting and ensure that all machines are performing properly
• Set planograms and work with ECD director to introduce new products
• Manage Sales and Product Databases to ensure accuracy, add new products and adjust costs and pricing
• Track and submit for rebates to our vendors
• Help Sales Reps prepare proposals and create quotes for new business
• Initiate and Respond to customer service calls and ensure follow-up in the field
• Assist ECD Director with ensuring compliance with National Client agreements and programs
• Help with Installs and with warehouse picking as needed

Minimum Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Listed below are the requirements for the job of ECD Vend/Coffee Coordinator.

Experience and Education

Preferred - AR and AP experience

4 years of work related experience or an Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from a College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Solid proficiency with Excel required. Ability to quickly learn new inventory software

Communication Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, squat/bend, walk, and sit up to 10 hours per day.

The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to100 pounds.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Independent problem solver with the ability to work as a collaborative member of multiple teams.

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to effectively perform ten key and keyboard data entry and corrections to invalid entries.
