Some previous property management experience is a plus, but not needed if you have management experience from customer service, hospitality, sales or retail environments. Must have solid work history and management experience. Strong customer service and admin experience required. We offer training and coaching on how to master the necessary skill sets, and direction for professional development.
The Manager in Training will work onsite under a current Property Manager, learn our company and work to grow towards becoming a Property Manager. Time frame can vary.
Location: Will be placed at one of our communities in the Cedar Park area
Pay: Starting at $24/hr depending on experience plus quarterly bonuses (not commission based)
Schedule: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team)

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience

1-3 years in a management role with experience leading a team
- Articulate communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Confidence to learn/seeks out knowledge/strives for personal growth
- Good organizational skills and follow through
This position’s responsibilities include front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Attention to detail is necessary.
