Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or violations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and observations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security license/certification
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proven experience in loss prevention, conflict management, or law enforcement is a plus
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
