What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Weiss Medical?
Excellent opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with three offices located in Riverdale, Paramus, and Morristown, New Jersey. Availability to work in all locations is preferred.
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player. Work well with others within the organization.
- Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Available to work some evenings and weekends
- Available to work in both locations (Paramus and Riverdale)
Responsibilities will primarily include:
- Answer phones.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Prepare and bring patients into the exam rooms.
- Helping to keep the office tidy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
