RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry for parts orders, including post, pick, & invoice.
- Contacts customers awaiting responses to problems (follow-up).
- Places orders, receives orders, & distribute accordingly.
- Expedite backorders with vendors.
- Advises service department on outstanding back orders.
- Contact customers/technicians awaiting responses to issues.
- Daily and monthly reporting.8. Additional duties as assigned from time to time.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DECISION MAKING
This position typically may require some decisions to be made but these are usually in regards to the setting of the position’s own work priorities. The position may occasionally be required to make decisions related to routine recommendations to others. Decisions are subject to immediate checking or are subject to examinations in succeeding procedures and processes.

Decides what part a customer needs from the information provided by customer.
Recommendations of related parts (up-sell).
RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION HANDLING
This position requires incumbent frequently (weekly) use routine math and/or methods of checking and verifying information. Normally the information used is readily available but up to nineteen percent of the time, further inquiry may be required.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMMUNICATION
This responsibility requires contacts with the public, including clients and/or customers on a daily basis, and/or daily contact with other employees in the organization outside this department. The purpose of the contact is usually for the exchange of information and requires the normal use of good manners, courtesy, and consideration for others. There may be an occasional requirement for an exchange of views on the interpretation of established policies and procedures. However, this is not the norm.
