WELD is a fast growing consumer brand at the intersection of sports, fitness, and performance culture.Role OverviewWELD is seeking a Content Videographer / Camera Operator (Part-Time / Contract) to support the brand’s growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms. This role is ideal for content videographers!You will be responsible for producing approximately 2-3 original, high-quality social media posts per week, with creative direction and feedback provided by the WELD team.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver ~10-15 high-quality posts per monthFilm, edit, and caption content optimized for TikTok and InstagramDevelop creative concepts aligned with trends and brand voiceIntegrate product messaging in a clear, compliant, and authentic wayCollaborate with the WELD team on feedback and revisionsConsistently meet agreed-upon deadlinesQualificationsExperience creating short-form video content (personal or brand accounts)Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trendsBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)Have your own camera equipment/video editing software they can useComfortable appearing on camera (preferred, not required)Interest in sports, fitness, or consumer brandsOrganized, reliable, and able to work independently
