About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to join our Consumer, Small and Business Banking Human Resources Advisory Team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to two Human Resource Leaders for our Consumer and Small Business Banking organizations. The individual will have a dual reporting relationship to our two Human Resource leaders.
In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
Support projects by coordinating meeting logistics and preparation, managing invitations and facilities and providing detailed data, information and resources to leader and participants
May assist with preparing meeting materials, agendas and other related responsibilities
Act as information source on group and company processes.
Receive direction from managers and exercises judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Partner with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless handoff and coordination of duties/tasks/responsibilities in the other’s absence and/or in support of the business
Required Qualifications:
6 months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience coordinate meetings and manage calendars and appointments for multiple leaders simultaneously
Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
Administrative support experience in banking, financial services and/or human resources
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual team environment interfacing electronically and by phone
Proficiency in articulating, communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines
Experience handling confidential material in a professional manner
Experience in creating and editing executive-ready power point presentations in support of multiple leaders
Experience with Workday and My Concur
Experience managing SharePoint site and Tableau
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint) skills

This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
