Associate Operations Processor

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for CSBB Operations. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6 months of Undeliverable mail experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Job Expectations:

• Training: 2-3 months  (on the job training)
• Hours:  Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Business Operations(within those hours)
• Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
