In this role, you will:
- Lead the development of business intelligent reporting with a primary focus on Tableau to give business stake holds insights into the health of numerous critical consumer data solutions both from a platform performance and data integrity perspective.
- Work with technology partners to define critical application CTQs and provide reporting visualizations to senior business leader of the solutions performance in these areas.
- Work with cross functional team of developers and production support teams to curate data from multiple sources and platforms to support the production of operational reporting.
- Advise line of business, companywide functions, and more experienced leadership on operational reporting strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in customer data distributions, and other complex data maintain best in class operating standards.
- Mentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years of application production support or operations management experience
- 3 years of Business Intelligence experience
- 3 years Tableau or BI development experience
- Experience with big data environments including Teradata and Hadoop.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and working with JIRA at a management level including JIRA Spoke
- Experience with Service Now Reporting
- Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis.
