Global Treasury Management supports external and internal customers with a wide range of Treasury Management products and services to help small business, middle-market, and corporate customers manage their receivables, payments, and account information. Will support both regional and national sales, and works with retail business banking, regional commercial banking, U.S. corporate, International, and other commercial banking teams.
Many of the services the candidate will assist with may include Lockbox, Cash Vault, ACH, Wires, and general account inquiries. We also support Wells Fargo Commercial Electronic Office (CEO) and many of the products within the CEO portal including online Wire transfers, ACH payments, Desktop Deposit, Treasury Information Reporting, Fraud Manager, ARP and other Wells Fargo Commercial Treasury products.
Please note this role is a call center environment and may require extensive time on the phone as well as a structured schedule.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support for a small portfolio of customers
- Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
- Oversee overall customer experience
- Produce loan reports and forms related to initiation of the documentation process
- Assist in financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships
- Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
- Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolio
- Help with customer associated risk management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2 years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
- Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:
- This position will be a hybrid schedule and regular presence in the assigned office location is required.
- The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
