In this role, you will:
- Participate in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring both equity and debt investments, all of which are qualified under the Community reinvestment act within Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program
- Review basic or tactical risk analysis, which include tracking record of sponsors as well as reference checking, related to risk and deliverables
- Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of approvals, documents, structures, and funds investments following approved bank guidelines
- Collaborate and consult with management and peers
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or higher in related field
- Proven leadership, self-motivation and success through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities
- Real Estate knowledge or experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
