In this role, you will:

• Participate in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring both equity and debt investments, all of which are qualified under the Community reinvestment act within Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program
• Review basic or tactical risk analysis, which include tracking record of sponsors as well as reference checking, related to risk and deliverables
• Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of approvals, documents, structures, and funds investments following approved bank guidelines
• Collaborate and consult with management and peers

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in related field
• Proven leadership, self-motivation and success through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities
• Real Estate knowledge or experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
