In this role you will:
- Support and interact with internal and external customers/family members with phone or computer inquiries regarding handling financial affairs for deceased customer's
- Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct research to identify the customer need, and process complex transactions
- Performs a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
- Perform moderately complex research to resolve customer requests and/or transactions and classify risks appropriately in case management system to ensure customer request addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards
- Works under general supervision following established procedures, resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources, records, and uses multiple on-line systems.
- Exercises some judgment within guidelines on operational issues related to process or function, providing training as needed.
- Starting rate $20.29 per hour
- 2 years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- You will receive in-depth virtual training, on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
- Hours of operation Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Your regular work schedule will be based on business need
