In this role, you will:
- Supervise a team of individuals who are responsible for executing activities associated with conducting due diligence reviews of bank customers transactions
- Oversee a moderate degree of complexity and risk to determine appropriateness of processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance
- Own the client onboarding process and engage with clients, relationship team and third parties
- Mitigate risk through due diligence process
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in less complex functions
- Work with due diligence management to implement department policies, procedures and reporting to maximum risk while providing exceptional customer experience
- Establish performance standards, evaluate performance and train and coach staff
- Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under direction of due diligence management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals
- Lead a team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Due Diligence group
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a team of Senior Associates and Associates on the Exit Governance and Oversight (EGO) Processing & Risk Oversight (PRO) team
- Primary point of contact for all CB / CIB exits which includes intake, processing and clarifying questions, follow up, change requests and reporting
- Adherence to all Customer Exit and Offboarding controls
- Facilitate Business knowledge share sessions for customer exits and offboarding
- Ensure team performs initial and ongoing QC of any submitted Exit within the defined SLAs
- Conducts weekly meetings with business exit teams to discuss reporting and expectations, including timely completion of exits and escalation measures for past due work
- Escalate all potential Financial Crimes exits to Exit Governance and Oversight Financial Crimes Team
- Monitor / track Customers Exits through closure
- Monitor / track offboarding population through completion
- Review target closure date extensions and removals from the process
- Govern Exit Forum and triage takeaways
- Liaise with Reporting Enablement & Metrics (REM) when reporting needs and FCL (Full Customer List) questions arise
- Assist with AXIS enhancements and Cornerstone enhancements to Customer exit coach (suspend and unsuspend) and offboarding
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2 years of Due Diligence, risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1 years of Leadership experience

Pay Range
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00 USD Annual
