In this role, you will:
- Act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepare specifications for system changes.
- Recommend and initiate systems testing.
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
- Conduct regular and ongoing meetings with Business Process owners, control executives, Operational risk, and Business Owner Leadership to review ongoing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) execution performance.
- Assist and enhance Intelligent Automation success framework.
- Assist and enhance success parameters and KPIs for success/health of automations deployed in production.
- Support collection Business Partner feedback.
- Help transition the process owners from delivery to usage of BOT’s production.
- Collate, Analyze and Present Intelligent automation execution performance to Automation Leadership.
- Conduct business process review and discovery to enhance / improve automation coverage as well as automation accuracy.
- Focus on creating Awareness / understanding of Automation benefits / scope / outcomes, help in setting up the correct expectations.
- Present to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements.
- Analyze effectiveness of ongoing automation change management.
- Do more with less, Leverage reusability & extend to additional automation and expansion of transaction volumes.
- Partner with various groups to enhance and report production metrics. Engage with business to make actionable insights from the operational reports.
- Aid in ensuring compliance requirements into production
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years in an Automation team environment as developer, solutioning consultant, or process designer for user stories
- KTA Certified
- Experience analyzing metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally.
- Experience in an Agile workspace with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- JIRA Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
