In this role, you will:

  • Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loans
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing
  • Perform or guide others on complex business and operational decisions that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Review and prepare loan related documents
  • Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to
  • Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various work groups
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to peers, colleagues and managers on the functions, policies, procedures and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 6 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Documentation creation and/or documentation review and funding experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of collateral perfection process
  • Experience with Siebel Originations System
  • Equipment leasing and/or secured lending finance experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of equipment finance and leasing
  • Ability to work with members of a team


Job Expectations:

  • This is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days in office and 2 remote
  • The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. Hours may change due to business needs.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed. 
  • Required locations listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
