In this role, you will:
- Serve as a relationship manager and provide counsel to the leaders in two Business Groups (Treasury Management, and Sponsorships) as well as eight Enterprise Functions (Corporate Risk, Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI), Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Public Affairs, Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI), and Technology)
- Lead planning efforts for large and/or complex multi-day meetings, and events
- Develop innovative event strategies that deliver results and cost efficiencies
- Implement and execute project plans, including the sequencing, and timing of key initiatives
- Manage project budgets, develop financial projections and analyzing variances
- Function as a subject matter expert (SME) and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Identify opportunities to enhance operating procedures and mitigate risk
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5 years of Event Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience managing multi-day meetings, and events in a highly regulated environment
- Experience developing innovative event strategies that deliver results and cost efficiencies
- Experience mitigating risk throughout the vendor management lifecycle
- Experience influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
