In this role, you will:
- Manage recruitment strategy for multiple critical openings, including candidate identification, assessment, development, hiring recommendations, and executive referrals
- Manage full-cycle requisition process using applicant tracking system and CRM, and maintaining compliance with program requirements
- Serve as the primary relationship manager in hiring for complex, executive positions, managing candidate communication including negotiating offers, and conducting reference checks
- Source and cultivate diverse candidate pools, creating introductions with the business and match-making talent
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with recruitment and hiring practices by following processes and advising stakeholders on what can and cannot be done
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a skilled understanding of Executive Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives within Executive Recruiting functional area
- Mine, analyze, and disseminate competitive intelligence and market insights to frame market conditions and drive business decisions
- Collaborate and consult with HR functions to deliver results and a One HR experience for business stakeholders
- Lead Executive Recruiting projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to other colleagues
- Manage relationships with third party search firms and other executive candidate referral services
- Proactively engage business stakeholders to understand succession risks and opportunities for talent pipelining or benchmarking, and/or using competitive intelligence to build executive talent strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Executive Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience executive recruiting in retained search firm and in-house executive search team
- Experience recruiting in a major financial institution to include commercial banks, investment banking, and/or brokerage firms
- Experience managing third-party vendors, specifically driving search firm relationships and results for executive level roles
- Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers.
- Experience sourcing passive executive level candidates through referrals and other direct sourcing techniques, to include diverse recruiting strategies
- Experience developing and negotiating complex and sophisticated offers - Inclusive of navigating and collaborating with internal partners.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.
- Applicant tracking systems experience, Workday highly preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of contact management systems, examples include Beamery and LinkedIn
- A Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource or Sourcing related certification
- Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below
