Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
• Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
• The role includes managing product assessments, perform product registry record keeping, respond to requests from Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and support the Product Manager with Product Roadmap creation and maintenance
• Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
• Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
• Partner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization to implement operating efficiency, gain agreement across the leadership team, and communicate outcomes to various stakeholders
• Support product management routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness
• Escalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgency
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience
• Prior experience in Cybersecurity delivery support and execution.
• Prior experience working in a product environment and with Agile methodology.
• Prior experience with product tools such as Jira and Registry.
• Proven self-motivated leader comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborative teams.
• Ability to quickly adapt in complex environment(s) to facilitate key conversations that drive quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with senior management, peers, and team members to drive an initiative to completion.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a member of a broader team, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Organizational courage and willingness to make tough, informed decisions and thoughtfully share independent perspectives.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results.
• Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able to ask well-crafted questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, and a good listener who promotes creative thinking and teamwork.
