In this role, you will:
- Review complex credit information of loans for companies and industries
- Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process
- Perform complex credit investigations on companies and industries
- Utilize knowledge and interpretation of procedures to direct less experienced individuals
- Interact with immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4 years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Residential or commercial loan experience
- Small Business Administration (SBA) 7a and 504 Lending experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Small Business Administration (SBA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies
- Ability to review personal or business financial statements and tax returns (commercial and individual)
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Exposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
- Exposure to Wells Fargo BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) system
- Knowledge and understanding of loan structuring across broad spectrum of product and loan types
May be open to additional locations within the WF SBA footprint and based on availability of seats.
Salary will be determined by the location of the position.
Position is subject to a discretionary incentive.
