Senior Operations Processor

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor for the Safe Deposit Operations team within the Banking Operations department as part of COO. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
• Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
• Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
• Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Banking or financial operations experience
• Experience using Hogan to process transactions
• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to research and correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. EST
• Opportunities for Overtime based on business need

Training:

• You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
• Training will be for 4-8 weeks. Training hours are 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday CST.  You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 4-8 weeks of training.

Job Expectations:

• For this role, you will be required to work on-site full-time at the posting location
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
