Summary:
:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
- Understanding of how to effectively partner/ collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery
- Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
- Demonstrable experience and expertise driving engineering practices that includes not limited to TDD, BDD, Pair programming, CI/CD, Automation deployment
- Rigorous focus driving Unit testing and functional automation as part of DOD
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA (and JIRA Portfolio)
- Prior experience working within Compliance.
- Possess Scrum certifications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience leading Agile/Kanban scrum teams.
- Conduct/Code of Conduct risk experience (Preferred)
- Previous Financial Services (preferably Wells Fargo) experience (Preferred)
- Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS) experience (Preferred)
- Change Management (PROSCI, Kotter, etc) (Preferred)
