Job Description:
Wellspring is seeking candidates for the position of Campus Director for its Springfield location. Candidates must have 3 years’ experience in post-secondary education and demonstrate success as both an instructor and administrator. Experience in health and wellness career training; including medical, fitness, nutrition, and massage therapy, is a definite plus.
Job Duties:
The Campus Director determines operating policies, oversees compliance for various regulatory agencies, manages direct reports, and provides overall direction to campus within guidelines established by the CEO and VP of Campus Operations.
The Campus Director will plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities at the campus with the help of subordinate managers and staff. This position is also responsible for achieving financial targets for the campus and allocating resources to achieve those targets. Chief among the campus director’s direct responsibilities are managing and developing the facilities, faculty and administrative staff.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years' experience in post-secondary education
- Prior management experience
- Demonstrated success in planning, managing and implementing budgets and goals
Salary : $66,800 - $84,600
