What are the responsibilities and job description for the French (Canada) Metadata Specialist (TV and Movies) position at Welocalize?
This particular team ensures the client's products have the metadata quality and coverage needed to offer the best-in-class customer experience. Specialists will work cooperatively with international teams to monitor, curate and improve the quality of our products and partner data integrations.
Job Responsibilities:
Verify content accuracy, ensuring it meets the provided standards
Make possible edits, fixes or suggestions to the data content when needed
Make decisions on content often with limited information on hand
Report any patterns of issues observed to help improve database and product performance
Test tools to provide feedback for improving efficiency and accuracy
Work and communicate with cross-functional teams
Location: Austin, TX (North East location)
This is a remote role now, but successful candidates have to be willing to work onsite once it is required by the client; projected onsite attendance is late February, early March of next year.
Project Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $23 an hour
Working Hours/Schedule:
- Training Hours: 9am - 6pm (first 3-4 weeks)
- Normal Hours (assigned by the client):
Sun to Thur - 12pm-9pm or
Tue to Sat - 12pm-9pm
