We are seeking an Accounts Payable clerk or someone with some bookkeeping experience to come in a couple of times a month. In this role, you will manage the companys bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include entering vendor invoices into Quickbooks online and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, preparing Sales tax reports from our software and filing sales tax returns with staates, and assisting with other vendor matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets. At our current size, this should take 4-5 hours a time 2-3 times a month.
