What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Wendel Companies?
Do you have the desire to work in a fun, fast-paced, innovative, forward-thinking environment? Wendel, a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, construction management and energy efficiency firm is looking for an HR professional to join our team! This position will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting process including advertising, scheduling and the offer process. You will be an integral part of developing an innovative talent acquisition strategy to help attract and retain top talent as the company continues to grow. You will also partner with Wendel leadership to meet cultural necessities, including both diversity and affirmation action initiatives.
Other duties include onboarding, tracking and monitoring key performance indicators for the HR group and providing monthly reporting metrics to the Wendel Management Team. Cross training across all HR functions of the company will also be required. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of internal customer service, be extremely organized, have excellent communication skills, prioritization and time management.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ADP in strongly preferred. If this describes you, please apply at: www.wendelcompanies.com Careers page.
