Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:
Complies with food safety regulations
Works with Management Team to meet sales goals
Manages food and labor costs
Manages and maintains safe working conditions
Manages crew members
Interviews crew members for hiring
Provides proper training for crew members
Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest.
1 to 2 years minimum food service management experience required.
Valid driver's license
