Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the General Manager to create and support a fun, inviting work environment while helping coach the team.
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, etc.
- Provide coaching and development for the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude and provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the team
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Build relationships with guests and ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
Qualifications:
- QSR or Fast-casual experience, preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- An impressive work ethic and desire to learn and gain industry experience
- Highly collaborative nature with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
- Have a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team
