District Manager provides the vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Managers to ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.
- Oversee the operations of multiple restaurants and comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining grooming standards and personal hygiene of management personnel.
- Properly scheduling district and restaurant personnel within budgeted standards.
- Ensuring consistent quality of food, service, cleanliness, and employee performance.
- Handling of hiring, termination, and managing store managers
- Attending quarterly meetings with restaurant managers and reviewing profit and loss statements.
- Conducting restaurant tours for quality control and operational assessment.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
