🔍 Role Objectives:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations team. This role will be responsible for operations tasks inclusive of Warehousing, Facility/Equipment Maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices. The goal of the Warehouse Associate is to efficiently handle pharmaceutical and ancillary products, maintaining the highest quality standards.

💼Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Assist with the intake, shipping, and distribution of products from the warehouse, adhering to corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Inventory Management: Support physical inventory management both in the warehouse and within WEP's inventory system, Unleashed. Conduct inventory stock counts as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain impeccable documentation practices for product receipts, customer orders/shipments, and controlled substance receipting, meeting internal and DEA recordkeeping requirements.
- Logistics Support: Serve as a backup to the Logistics team, especially regarding courier ordering when required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to warehouse maintenance tasks, including equipment upkeep, validation, mapping, pest control, and contingency plan testing.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, Logistics Department, and Warehouse Operations as needed.
- Supplies Management: Manage warehouse ancillary supplies, shipping components, and materials.
- Quality Focus: Work in strict compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and within the framework of our Quality Management System
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (science or supply chain concentration)
- Previous experience with logistics, supply chain, and refrigeration (preferred).
- Inventory Management software experience (preferred)
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, package boxes, build pallets, and operate a pallet jack.
- Advanced organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Excel.
