Since our establishment in 2017, WePlay Music has grown rapidly to become one of the leading music schools in Orange County. We take pride in delivering high-quality music instruction to students of all levels within a positive and supportive atmosphere. Our offerings include performances, examinations, masterclasses, ear training, and instruction for all standard Western instruments. Additionally, we have developed a comprehensive, well-rounded music program catering to all ages, from preschool to college-level education.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently organizing and prioritizing their workload. Previous music background and management experience are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

As a School Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise school administrative procedures
• Ensure efficient operations, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service
• Communicate with parents and prospective students via phone calls and emails
• Process payments, enroll students, and manage teachers' schedules

Please note that a background check will be required.

Working Days/Hours:

Monday & Friday, 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Remote Work: No
