Wesley Haven Villa- a senior living community located in downtown Pensacola seeks to hire a Life Enrichment Coordinator or Activities Director. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the monthly life enrichment/activity calendar. The position requires someone with high energy, creativity and a diverse range of interest and skills. The successful candidate will be well versed in entertaining of all kinds. The chosen candidate will have the privilege of daily interacting with our senior residents in large group settings, small group settings, and one on one. This candidate will be responsible for inspiring, motivating, and encouraging all who live and work at Wesley Haven Villa to engage in meaningful activity that enriches the lives of all! Activities range from sewing/crafting, music appreciation/karaoke, trivia/brain games, lectures/educational opportunities, bingo/card games/games-old and new, exercise/yoga, cooking/baking, field trips/dining out, and shopping/touring the town. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both verbal and written, proficient in Word, Excel and Publisher, be able to pass a level 2 background screen and drug test. Prior experience in this field is a plus
