Grounds Technician
Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for full-time (40 hours/week) Grounds Technicians.

The ideal candidates for our Grounds Tech positions will be able to work in hot or cold weather conditions, maintain a high quality of workmanship, and have a strong ability to work with a team.
Responsibilities for Grounds Technician:
- Helps with pruning shrubs and trimming trees
- Assists with snow and ice removal
- Operates lawn equipment
- Assist with maintenance of seasonal plants
- May assist the maintenance department with projects
- Participate in the rotating "on call" schedule
Qualifications for Grounds Technician:
- Current Kansas driver’s license
- Previous grounds experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping, mowing equipment, fertilizers, chemicals is helpful
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to collaborate with a team is required
Physical Demands for Grounds Technician:
- Lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
- Able to lift, load, and move large objects with or without accommodation
- Must be able to tolerate all weather conditions
- Must be able to walk long distances, bend, kneel, and climb a ladder

Pay: $13.00 - $15.60 per hour
