After Care Associate
Wesleyan is accepting applications for substitutes for our after care associates. To be considered, please complete the application.
Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision of play and socialization
- Oversees homework/study time
- Assists in preparation and serving of snacks
- Observes activities to ensure safety of the children
- Administers first aid, as needed
- Interacts positively and constructively with parents
- Available Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:00 p.m. and early release days August-May (school year only)
Personal Characteristics/Qualifications:
- Has experience working with children in grades K-8
- Dependable, strong work ethic
- Demonstrates a caring, sensitive heart for children
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
