What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist *Nights position at Wesleyan Village?

Wesleyan Village is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities include :

  • Answering phones
  • Update Floor Census daily (for Front desk Staff)
  • Orientation check-in (sign in, temp, photo ID)
  • Admission packets (photo, place wrist band on PT, get paperwork signed)
  • Order supplies and toner
  • Take employees, visitors and vendor temps make sure everyone signs in
  • Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist :

  • Experience in a healthcare setting office
  • Experience as a front desk receptionist
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
