A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Edgewater:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 40-bed Health Center.
- Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
- Orienting, training and supervision of team members.
- Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
- Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more!
Current Opening:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible hours, Rotating On-Call schedule throughout the month, including every 3rd weekend
Compensation: The starting pay for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 / yr. Compensation will be based on years of experience.
