Tech Account Manager Intern

West Coast Consulting LLC (WCC) is a boutique consulting firm established in 1998, specializing in Information Technology solutions and Outsourcing services. We are committed to delivering quality results and fostering long-term relationships with our private and governmental clients.

We are seeking six international students—3rd or 4th-year undergraduate and 1st-year Master's students on F1 Visas—to join us as Tech Account Manager Interns. You will play a vital role in managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients while gaining valuable experience in data management and technical staffing solutions.

The primary responsibilities of the TAM Intern include:

• Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
• Assist in identifying client needs and developing tailored technical staffing solutions.
• Manage accurate data related to client accounts for seamless reporting.
• Prepare reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing fresh ideas.
• Conduct research on industry trends to provide insights.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (3rd or 4th year) or a 1st-year Master’s program in Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time position (20 hours per week) is based in our Irvine Spectrum office, offering a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.
