Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Burbank, CA. The Operations Assistant will perform a variety of tasks such as providing operational support, answering and managing phone calls, completing/filing HR forms, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with executive-level responsibilities. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of office processes and supporting the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Operations Assistance, including organizing, scheduling, and managing office workflows
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing support to senior staff or leadership
• Experience in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, filing, and document management
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Pay:
$20-$23 per hour
