Qualifications:
Reports to: The head coach, who provides a final evaluation to the athletic director
Primary Functions:To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success while at the same time helping the athlete to achieve an increased level of self-esteem, an appreciation for the values of sportsmanship and discipline.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing the aims and objectives of the sport program as outline by the head coach and school administration. Will instruct athletes in the skills needed to realize a degree of individual and team success; to include instruction in individual and team fundamentals, strategy, and physical training.
