Customer Service Rep/Outside Sales Support
Role Summary
The Customer Service Rep/Outside Sales Support position is a supporting role to Outside Sales Representatives and is responsible for order entry and primary day-to-day customer communication. As well as accurately and promptly entering orders so our production team can create a quality product matching the customers specifications. This role is 100% On-Site.
Responsibilities
- Works directly and supports assigned Outside Sales Representative
- Review orders received for price, quantity and delivery
- Checks and maintains customer inventory in the database as well as in the warehouse
- Processes customer orders, verifying lead-time, pricing and documentation
- Reviews and evaluates Requests for Quotes
- Works with internal teams to communicate order updates to customers
- Prioritizes customer demands
- Builds detailed order package
Skills
- Decision making capability and able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
- Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook & Excel
- Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Working with Business Central ERP systems required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities / adaptable/ ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Understanding of Graphic Design is a plus but not required.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
