Under the supervision of the Membership Director, this position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Welcome Center Representative are at the West Morris Area YMCA are passionate and enthusiastic and intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, and nurturing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
- Creates a welcoming environment for all by greeting members and potential members warmly.
- Accurately processes memberships and program enrollments.
- Responds to inquiries accurately and thoroughly.
- Understand and promote West Morris Area YMCA programs
- Other duties are assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
