What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Conservation Case Management Specialist position at West Ohio Community Action Partnership?
Summary: Responsible for direct services to income-eligible individuals and families in Allen, Auglaize, and Mercer Counties based on their energy burden needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer services related to this program including but not limited to the client's needs assessment.
- Provide case management activities which can include intake, assessment of needs, service planning, service plan implementation, service coordination, monitoring and follow-up, reassessment, case conferencing, crisis intervention, and case closure.
- Provide clients with energy and financial counseling as needed.
- Provide clients with assistance with energy vendors and energy reduction education.
- Conduct in-home assessments of usage and reduction opportunities.
- Supply documentation and tracking of information and other duties as determined and assigned by the Program Manager and/or Director.
- Enter customer information data appropriately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associates Degree in Human Services or Social Services preferred, or related experience.
Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a privately-owned vehicle during scheduled work hours.
Ability to check electronic mail, enter data into program-specific software for required reports, and internet skills are required.
May need to work weekends or evenings, need to be flexible.
