We are looking for a teaching artist to join our team for afterschool arts programming starting in January. Art mediums preferred but not limited to painting and drawing. Afterschool classes usually run 2 times per week from 4:30 - 6:00 pm. West Park Cultural Center operates programming in West Philadelphia. Pay is per class not per hour with classes running 1.5 hours. Program participants are primarily middle school age.
Requirements:
Experience working with children and youth
Clearances (child abuse, criminal, FBI fingerprint)
Good energy and reliable
Education Level:
College or Meaningful Experience working with children in your arts field
Salary : $65
