Company : Allegheny Health Network Job Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW Assists anesthesia personnel with the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment utilized during peri-operative procedures. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides technical support to anesthesia personnel during the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment. (30%) Ensures that all anesthetizing locations are in a state of readiness. (30%) Maintain proper standards of cleanliness and organization of the Anesthesia workroom. (15%) Manages equipment, supplies, and medication according to established guidelines in order to maintain safe, efficient, and cost effective programs. (15%) Participates in hospital, division, and department activities.(10%) Performs other duties as assigned or required. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Preferred Previous anesthesia technician experience preferred. Cert.
