What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hettinger Clinic Nurse Liaison position at West River Health Services?
Will provide professional delivery of nursing services in the Outpatient/ Ambulatory Clinic.
Answer patient telephone calls requiring the use of the nursing process in collaboration with the licensed practitioner (s) to:
License Requirements: ND and/or SD RN / LPN Licensure.
Basis Life Support and ACLS certification if required by the clinic manager.
Answer patient telephone calls requiring the use of the nursing process in collaboration with the licensed practitioner (s) to:
address patient needs, medication refills, appointment scheduling, and miscellaneous duties as assigned that may include Referral Management, Medication Prior Authorization, and Annual Wellness Calls.
Education: RN / LPN License
Experience: On-site trainingLicense Requirements: ND and/or SD RN / LPN Licensure.
Basis Life Support and ACLS certification if required by the clinic manager.
