As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Revenue Efficiency Department in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by developing and optimizing scheduling strategies to maximize revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure effective resource utilization.
As a Director of Scheduling (with a focus in Revenue Efficiency) at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by analyzing revenue efficiency data to identify revenue opportunities, implementing technology-driven solutions to streamline processes and balancing demand forecasting with operational capacity to drive financial success. The Director of Scheduling (with a focus in Revenue Efficiency) reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversees the Revenue Efficiency Department.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Implement and enhance Revenue Efficiency software, automation tools, and best practices that integrate with procurement and project review systems to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy. Support the overall initiative and transition of Scheduling at Point of Sale by focusing on exceptional management.
- Measure and report on the impact of automation, process improvements, leading indicators based on set behavior with Scheduling at Point of Sale to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and operational success.
- Develop and execute Revenue Efficiency strategies that align with business objectives to maximize revenue generation, optimize resource use, and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement metrics-driven strategies to reduce missed call percentages, improve response times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze call volume, staffing levels, and scheduling workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements. Work with Division Operations Teams to support the creation of actionable plans for achieving monthly revenue targets.

- Proven experience in scheduling, revenue management, or operations leadership, preferably in a high-volume service or production environment.
- A strong focus on data-driven decision-making with analytical skills.
- Experience establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess scheduling effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred with a proven track record of improving operational systems and processes.
- Construction or remodeling experience preferred.
