Position: Purchasing Team Lead
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose Of Position
The Purchasing Team Lead will assist the Regional Purchasing Manager in ensuring all job reviews sent from Design Consultants, Product Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists are completed with accuracy in compliance with metrics set by management. This role will need to keep the Purchasing Team on process, properly prioritized; providing coaching, decision making on abnormal circumstances, and communication with the Regional Operations and Sales teams.
Key Role Accountabilities
The hourly pay for this position is $22-$24 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Key Role Accountabilities
- Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
- Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three (3) weeks of hire date.
- Assist Regional Purchasing Manager in conducting daily meetings with Purchasing Specialists to provide ongoing updates and training.
- Handle escalated issues presented from various departments within West Shore Home, as well as outside sources with guidance of Regional Purchasing Manager
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
